3/4	c	Oatmeal
		Several drops of cinnamon fragrance, optional

Grind the oats in a blender until the flakes are about 1/5 their original size. Melt together the basic soap and water in a saucepan. Add the oatmeal and stir until the soap is thick enough to prevent the oatmeal from settling to the bottom. Scent very lightly if desired and pour into molds.
